    About the Classes

    Restorative Rest (Fridays): Slow, mindful movements to release tension, cultivate calm, and support your body, mind, and emotional wellbeing. This class is a gentle weekly ritual to reset and recharge, helping you soften, breathe deeply, and step into the weekend feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.

    Strengthen (Mondays): A dynamic yet accessible class to help you feel more open, strong, and connected in your body. We begin with mindfulness, ease into stretches to release stiffness, and build strength through functional movement. Playfulness and curiosity guide our practice, and we close with a grounding Shavasana for integration.

    Together, these classes offer the perfect balance of calm and strength, a weekly rhythm to support your whole self.

    Strengthen

    Strengthen is a weekly online yoga class designed to help you feel open, strong, and connected in your body.

    • Recording available for 1 week
    • Women-only space

    Each session blends mindful movement, gentle stretching, and functional strength to support your body and enhance mobility. We move with curiosity and joy, finishing with a guided Shavasana to restore and refresh.

    This is a welcoming space for women wanting to move mindfully, build strength, and feel balanced both on and off the mat.

    Rest

    Time: London GMT 7–8am | Bahrain 10–11am

    Rest offers slow, mindful movement to release tension, calm the mind, and support your overall wellbeing.

    • 1-hour live-streamed class every Friday morning
    • Recording available for 1 week
    • Women-only yoga space

    A gentle weekly ritual to reset and recharge. We move slowly, breathe deeply, and spend time in each posture to soften and reconnect.

    The perfect way to release the week and step into the weekend feeling grounded and restored.
