About the Classes
Restorative Rest (Fridays): Slow, mindful movements to release tension, cultivate calm, and support your body, mind, and emotional wellbeing.
This class is a gentle weekly ritual to reset and recharge, helping you soften, breathe deeply, and step into the weekend feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.
Strengthen (Mondays): A dynamic yet accessible class to help you feel more open, strong, and connected in your body.
We begin with mindfulness, ease into stretches to release stiffness, and build strength through functional movement.
Playfulness and curiosity guide our practice, and we close with a grounding Shavasana for integration.
Together, these classes offer the perfect balance of calm and strength, a weekly rhythm to support your whole self.
